Returns and Refunds Policy

SECTION 1 - CONDITIONS

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your pair of La Luzeronde eyeglasses, as well as its leather case, and the packaging box of your glasses and its case must be intact. The lenses of your glasses must not have been changed or replaced. Everything must also be in its original packaging.

All products sold in sales cannot be returned. Only products sold at normal prices are affected by returns.

In exceptional cases, your items may be damaged or broken. In this case, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]. If you have a photo, please share it with us so that we can see the current condition of the product. After that, we'll give you further instructions on returns.

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to respond to your request. You will find it in the confirmation email you will have received at the time of your purchase. If you have purchased our products from a reseller partner, we may also ask you for proof of purchase (sales receipt, order receipt email).

SECTION 2: WRITING AN E-MAIL

If you are not satisfied and the return conditions have been met, send us an email to : [email protected] with the subject line: Return + Your Order Number. The number can be found on your purchase confirmation, which you received in your confirmation mail after purchase.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS (if applicable)

You can then send the ordered items by post to the following address: La Luzeronde SAS, 3 rue Damrémont, 44100 Nantes.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Please return the products at your own expense. We recommend that you also note the order number in the package, so that we can clearly attribute the return to you. Please also keep the receipt from the post office, as we cannot assume any responsibility for lost packages.

SECTION 4 - RETURN VERIFICATION

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and, within a few working days, you will receive a credit to your bank account or other payment method you have used.

For purchases made from a partner retailer, please write to us at [email protected ] so that we can check your purchase and consider refunding you, where appropriate.

SECTION 5 - LATE OR UNRECEIVED REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account statements.
Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
